About me...
From an early age, I have been immersed in the world of sports, with a diverse athletic background that includes basketball, soccer, taekwondo, and other disciplines. This lifelong passion for movement and performance has shaped my identity and driven my commitment to health and wellness.
In recent years, I discovered a deep love for running. What began as a personal challenge quickly evolved into a central part of my lifestyle. I’ve completed several Half Marathons, Full Marathon and an 70.3 Ironman.
Inspired by the joy and discipline that running and triathlon brings, I became a certified coach to help others find confidence and fulfillment through sport. Today, I continue training, racing, and coaching—sharing my journey to encourage others to pursue their own athletic goals and a healthy lifestyle.
Educational Background: Master's in Marketing at the University of Arizona
Certifications: ACSM "The American College of Sport Medicine" and "Instituto Deporte y Vida".
